Kiss of AtlantisKiss of Atlantis

Information

The book The Kiss of Atlantis contains several interesting parallels between the Atlantic symbols and symbols and figures used by ancient civilizations – Egyptian, Chinese, Old Russian, Indian, and Tibetan.

The birch tree, whose wood is the material of which one of the Atlantic sceptres is made, is a tree of symbolizing spring, love and light. It is considered to be an incarnation of the Mother Goddess and a sacred tree in many cultures. The birch, from whose wood children’s cradles used to be carved out, represents motherly love. This beautiful, fragile and sensitive tree is a symbol of kindness, gentleness and purity. The birch sceptre represents the female principle.

The oak tree, whose wood is the material of which the other Atlantic sceptre is made, is the very incarnation of physical and spiritual strength, health, firmness and unshakeability. The tree symbolizes honesty and integrity, and was an holy tree to perhaps all ancient cultures. Druids used oak branches to make magic wands from. According to ancient healing traditions, if one wants to restore their health, the only thing they need to do is to walk around the trunk of a strong and healthy oak tree three times. The oak sceptre represents the male principle.

If you want to boost the effect of the symbols and sceptres, I recommend revitalizing the main (spinal) energy channel on a daily basis: place the fingers or palm of your right hand on the crown of your head and the three middle fingers of your left hand on your coccyx. This will help you to open up the energy channel in your spine. It is more comfortable to do this exercise in a sitting position. When you adopt a lying position, you need to slip your hand under your coccyx; then touch the coccyx with the backs of the fingers of the left hand.
